Commission Structure

Standard E-Bike Sales — 5%

Affiliates earn 5% commission on eligible E-Bike product sales generated through approved affiliate activity.

Non-Commissionable Products

Affiliate commission applies to eligible E-Bike products only.

The following are not commissionable:

· Accessories (SKU: PX-QXB-002、PX-CB-001)

· Spare parts (SKU: BA-36-25F)

· Helmets (SKU: KX-TK-O1)

· Baskets (SKU: LQ26-XS-QK、LQ26-XS-HK)

· Phone holders (SKU: LML-ZJ-001)

· SEEL Warranty (SKU: SEEL-WFP)

· Other non-E-Bike products or services

For orders containing both an eligible E-Bike and non-commissionable items, commission will be calculated only on the eligible E-Bike product value, not on the total order value.

Voucher Code Policy

Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that have been:

1. Approved by Eskute for affiliate use and made available through Webgains; or

2. Explicitly authorised by Eskute for the individual affiliate.

Affiliates must not promote voucher codes created exclusively for other Eskute marketing channels, including email campaigns, on-site promotions, influencer campaigns or other non-affiliate activities, unless explicitly authorised by Eskute.

Affiliates must not:

• Publish unauthorised Eskute voucher codes

• Promote expired or invalid codes as active

• Misrepresent the value or conditions of an offer

• Claim that a voucher code is “exclusive” unless authorised by Eskute

• Promote voucher codes obtained from unauthorised sources

Transactions generated through unauthorised voucher code activity may be declined or excluded from commission.

Tracking & Attribution

Cookie Window: 30 days
Attribution Model: Last Click

Commission is attributed to the affiliate whose valid Webgains tracking link generates the customer’s final qualifying click before completing the purchase.

If another marketing channel generates the final qualifying click before the transaction, the affiliate may no longer be eligible for commission.

Affiliates must use approved Webgains tracking links to ensure transactions can be correctly tracked and attributed.

PPC & Paid Advertising Policy

Eskute allows affiliates to use certain forms of paid advertising to promote their own websites and content, subject to the following restrictions.

1. Brand Bidding Is Strictly Prohibited

Affiliates must not bid on Eskute branded keywords, trademarks, misspellings, variations or other brand-related search terms through paid search advertising.

Restricted keywords include, but are not limited to:

• Eskute

• Eskute Bikes

• Eskute E-Bikes

• Eskute Ebikes

• Misspellings or variations of Eskute

• Eskute + product/model name

• Eskute + voucher

• Eskute + coupon

• Eskute + discount

• Eskute + promo code

• Any other paid search keyword combination containing the Eskute brand name

Affiliates must not use paid advertising to compete with Eskute’s own branded search campaigns.

2. Direct-to-Eskute Paid Advertising Is Not Permitted

Affiliates must not run paid advertisements that direct users straight to the Eskute website or any Eskute-owned webpage, unless explicitly approved in writing by Eskute.

This includes direct paid traffic to:

• Eskute homepage

• Product pages

• Collection or category pages

• Promotional and sale pages

• Campaign landing pages

• Blog or content pages

• Any other page hosted on an Eskute-owned domain

Affiliates must not use an Eskute URL or a Webgains affiliate tracking link redirecting to Eskute as the direct destination URL of a paid advertisement.

This restriction includes direct linking through paid search, Shopping Ads and other paid traffic sources.

Exceptions may only be made with prior written approval from Eskute.

3. Paid Advertising to Affiliate-Owned Pages Is Permitted

Affiliates may use paid advertising to promote their own:

· Websites

· Product review pages

· E-Bike comparison pages

· Buying guides

· Editorial content

· Other relevant affiliate-owned landing pages

Affiliates may bid on relevant generic, non-branded keywords, provided that:

· The paid advertisement directs users to the affiliate’s own website or content

· The advertisement does not directly link to Eskute

· No Eskute branded or restricted keywords are targeted

· The affiliate does not imply that it is Eskute or an official Eskute-operated website

· The advertising complies with all other Eskute and Webgains program terms

Visitors may subsequently be referred from the affiliate’s website to Eskute using an approved Webgains affiliate tracking link.

Permitted:
Generic paid keyword → Affiliate review/comparison page → Webgains affiliate link → Eskute

Not Permitted:
Generic paid keyword → Eskute product page

Not Permitted:
Paid advertisement → Webgains tracking link → Eskute website

Not Permitted:
“Eskute” paid keyword → Affiliate website → Eskute

Not Permitted:
“Eskute discount code” paid keyword → Affiliate website or Eskute website

Permitted:
Generic paid keyword → Affiliate buying guide → Eskute via an approved Webgains tracking link

Any transactions generated through prohibited brand bidding, direct linking or other unauthorised paid advertising activity may be declined or excluded from affiliate commission.

Brand & Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must represent Eskute accurately and professionally.

Affiliates must not:

· Make false, exaggerated or misleading product claims

· Publish inaccurate or misleading pricing information

· Misrepresent current discounts or promotional conditions

· Promote expired campaigns as currently available

· Imply that an affiliate website is owned or officially operated by Eskute

· Imitate the official Eskute website

· Use domains, advertisements or landing pages designed to mislead customers into believing they are visiting an official Eskute property

· Misuse Eskute trademarks, logos, brand assets or promotional materials

Affiliates should verify current pricing, product specifications and promotional conditions before publishing or updating promotional content.

Transaction Validation & Commission Reversal

Commission may be declined, adjusted or reversed where applicable, including but not limited to:

· Cancelled orders

· Fully refunded orders

· Partially refunded eligible E-Bike orders

· Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

· Duplicate transactions

· Orders consisting only of non-commissionable products

· Transactions generated using unauthorised voucher codes

· Transactions generated through prohibited PPC or brand bidding

· Transactions generated through unauthorised direct-to-Eskute paid advertising

· Transactions that cannot be correctly attributed

· Transactions generated in breach of Eskute or Webgains program terms

For partially refunded eligible E-Bike orders, commission may be adjusted according to the final eligible E-Bike sale value.
